Our lawn is handled very well, even to the point of how carefully he places the yard sign and hangs our paperwork.
Best of all, I think the voice message that he left informing us when he would be here was said very clearly, respectfully, and professionally.
We were not able to answer him at the door this time, so we did not actually see him, but he has proven his trustworthiness to us.
