Andrew B is very professional. He really knows lawns and how to treat them. He works well with his customers to answer their questions and gives them assurance that TruGreen will take care of their lawn. And then he does so.

My front lawn looks great. Neighbors walking tell me how great the lawn looks. Rodrekus, my Specialist, talked to me for a few minutes after completing my service. Such a nice young man and obviously he's doing a great job. My lawn has never looked as good as it does now.

Our service provider was Doug Woods. He came to the door and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. This hasn’t happened in a long time. Very professional and courteous.

Aaron is a very pleasant man. He is very friendly and seems to be very kind. I am not home almost every time they arrive in the morning but I have met Aaron twice I think. Isit possible to increase the amount of the mosquito defense because I am still getting those nasty mosuitoes a couple of days after application. I would appreciate that very much. 1. You notify me before the treatment. This is very helpful since I like to cut the grass a day or two before the treatment.

I wanted to commend our technician ,Donald V. He was kind enough to stop by after our treatment and tell me that I should wait 24 hours before mowing. Was not able to do that due to weather predictions and travel plans but really appreciate that he took the time and interest to do that. I also appreciate that he walked the treatment around the yard as the riding spreader seems to leave marks in the yard for weeks after treatments. Thank you Donald!
