I have 2 things

The first would be the driver. I have had lawn service for several years and could not say I have been happy with the drivers. But that is not the case now. The driver I have (Andrew} is very courteous an always makes contact with me either before the service or after and explains what he has done. He always does a super job making sure that the service is done right. I never have to worry about him when I am not here. If I see the sign in the yard I know he had done a good job... Before Andrew came along I had seriously considered changing companies but he is super and I appreciate the job he does. He cares about his work and me as a customer.

The second would be that since I have had Andrew taking care of my yard I can see a remarkable difference in the yards appearance. That is due to the fact that he does his job and provides the service I pay for. He is the best and now I am happy with the way the yard is looking now.

I had witnessed prior to Andrew servicing my yard drivers spending about 5 minutes in front of my house and just leaving the bill on the door. If they were out of the truck it was only for a few minutes and my yard showed the lack of care. The reason I do business with your company is Andrew. Thank you for your time.

I like that keith noland informed me that I could just seed the right side yard all to the front and didn't have to do the entire yard since it doesn't need it. Last year when I wanted to do it and price was just way to much, cause the person i talked to wanted to do the entire yard for over $300 and now for $150 I'm going to get just where it needs it at this year

Knowing TruGreen will come out to our house between applications to resolve issues that need to be attended to without any additional cost.

John Rice has done a great job!! He is thorough, always stops by when arrives and receptive to any suggestions as well as explains what his application is doing!!

Today John Allgeier was our specialist and did a great job. Greeted us when he came to deliver our service, explained what he was doing and also reviewed the service before he left. One think you might want to look at is price of your service. As you know at this time others are out there trying to get our business and some are cheaper. Just a courtesy FYI. We have been very satisfied with your service.

Received 1st treatment couple of weeks ago. Too early to see any results. Hope this year we have better results than last year. Last year our lawn was in the poorest condition in over 20 years. Many places in our lawn died after treatment. Not sure why? We had to reseed last fall. We have had your service for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. Hope this year is better.
