The aerating people also came out, and I wasn't home, but I can see the holes in my lawn and am pleased about that as well. Tru-Green honors their commitment and I am very pleased with them.

I appreciate advance notices of treatment. The treatment techs are polite, professional and thorough. Advance seasonal treatment payments are competitive and convenient. And if for some reason I don't feel a treatment has been effective , you will come back to retreat until it is right at no charge. I don't know if any other company who does this.

I am notified in advance of services to be rendered. When a mosquito treatment ran out before the mosquitoes, you were true to your word and came back for a complimentary treatment.

Very timely as to the season and conditions of my yard are almost automatic. Technicians are very polite and do a good job. Product could be sprayed on a little more equally without leaving stripes or open spaces when applied. Price of service is competitive to other lawn services, kindly keep your prices in place as I am on a fixed income and like my yard look good throughout the year.

For the most part, my lawn is very green and thick. I do have some weeds still and a dead spot in the front that I'm not certain where it came from. The weeds aren't noticeable from the street so basically I'm the only one to see them.
For the passerby my yard is pretty and green and my back yard is thick and green so basically I'm very pleased.
