Scheduled services - I do not have to worry about getting it down at the right time. Friendly, courteous applicators doing the service. Always helpful with input or changing application if it happens to rain just as they arrive to apply.

Calling in to TruGreen was a royal pain. After calling 3 different times, & on the 3rd call I finally spoke with Melinda from the Fort Wayne, In office. She actually followed through & helped me. I was at the point First name removed finding another company to do our properties. We currently have 5 different properties (including other family members). I'm not sure why I wasn't transferred to the Greenwood, In location like I asked the first to calls since ultimately I was given the run around. The first lady I spoke with, I spent approx. 30 minutes on the phone & she assured me they would email the contracts within 48 hours. That never happened & I had to call back a week later, talked with a gentlemen & again got the run around. There is clearly a breakdown in communication with your process. We are pleased with Tim Ayers, the rep that came out & sprayed on 4/2/19. He was very kind & seemed to do a great job.
I like the idea of talking with the one who is doing the work on our lawn.
They are always helpful with good ideas and info.

Service is fine.One suggestion … rather than leaving a message hanging on the front door after every service, use email only. That would avoid showing if we were not at home to everyone who drives by. It would improve security / safety.
Grant McCullough does a really good job for us. I spoke with him today for 15-20 minutes.
I used Trugreen two years ago and my lawn became much better, fewer weeds and thicker grass. After a year of service my lawn was very much improved. I skipped last season and the weeds have returned. I'm hoping to see great improvements again.
The young man who serviced my lawn today was professional and personable.

I have a new lawn specialist this season. His name is Zach Binder. Very personable. Conscientious. I told him how displeased I was with last year's specialist, and he assured me that all will go well this season. I informed him that I like the treatments to be completed in a rectangular pattern since my yard is a rectangle. Last year's service guy was haphazard in his approach, and not all areas of the lawn were covered. Zach told me that he follows a rectangular pattern. He said, "How else can I know where I've already been in your yard if I don't follow a definite pattern!" I think Zach and I will get along quite well! Plus ... I discovered that his grandfather is a member of the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame! Being a lifelong Hoosier, I think that is cool! I'm hoping for a perfect lawn this season!
New employee Zachariah Binder, branch 5275, here today to service the yard; I happened to be here and observed his very thorough job. Met him, very courteous...appreciate his good job.
Anthony Wallace, Branch 5275, does an outstanding job and is the reason I continue to use Trugreen. Anthony is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable concerning my lawn.
This years first service was well done. I had time to converse with the primary service specialist, Tim Ayers , and met the trainee specialist Zack (?). We discussed the boundaries and characteristics of the yard and the areas I mow and plant. He said he understood and promised to take care of the lawn while avoiding the planters and raised bed areas.
Things I'll watch for as the season progresses are problem areas of crabgrass especially along the fence rows where I weed eat and there is bare ground.
The service person did a great job and made sure chemicals did not get into our swimming pool.

You guys do a pretty good job of weed control. I really do not like the color of my yard. I just do not think we get enough fertilizer. But all in all, not bad service
Tim Ayers performed our TruHealth Lawn Plan service this past Saturday. He was very helpful as I shared several concerns regarding the condition of our yard. He was also very thorough in his application of the weed and feed.
