Services are performed without any effort on my part, or hardly even any awareness they are in process if I did not receive courteous announcements that TruGreen will perform a service on the following day.
Above all, their services work! Whether mosquitoes, insects, weeds, or whatever, if TruGreen has attacked them, they are gone!
product works and people are friendly and answer my questions.
I am glad they called and wanted to know what is going on... they are sending someone over in the next 3 days to get my weed issue resolved.

Calling them back to come bc your yard Doesn’t seem to be what it should be there always willing to come back and spray again and that is a very very important part of the business I think
