Specialist Ronald Alexander was quite helpful with my February 2022 service. Before he applied the dry application he removed two small snow piles from the lawn. This allowed better coverage for the grass. I appreciate his extra care. Sue G in Indy.
Yesterday's horticultural oil treatment was superb. Jeffrey hit every bush shrub and tree. We will have to wait and see how they do the yard this year. They usually do a shotty job at that. It seems as if you have to babysit them. Not all of the specialists are the same udually the younger ones who don't care try to just do the bare minimum and skip about a 3rd of the yard out back..
Overall the service is very good. I think the chemicals are top notch. The yearly results are much better than our neighbors who use other competitors.

They restored my yard when it had been destroyed my the geese. Month by month it looked better and better. I am on a corner, so my yard has to look good, and with TruGreen I accomplish that.

I love how thick and green my lawn is.
Again I am only giving 10 stars because the outstanding work done by my lawn Tech Ronald Alexander. But he should not have had to perform my aeration over seed. I originally had a different crew come out to perform the free aeration over seed. My lawn had started to deuterate from what was once a beautiful oasis. This was a result of poor scheduling management in the 2020 season where I only received a portion of my pre-paid applications. To save my business I was offered a free aeration and over seed. The crew arrived and my daughter was home and on the porch doing school work. After introductions one of the 2 technicians started aerating while the other technician sat in the truck. About 3 fourths the way done the other tech gets out and starts to push seed. My daughter witnessed him make a loop from the truck one pass around the house and back onto the trailer where he sat and waited for the other tech to finish. They hurried and packed up and left without leaving an invoice or speaking to my daughter. She called me and informed me what had happened so I immediately called the corporate number. They got with the technicians who were down the road at the gas station and sent them back. The tech that seeded apologized to my daughter and said that he had to use use the restroom. He again only did a portion of the lawn and tried to load his spreader before my daughter pointed out that he didn't do the entire yard. He made a pass where she was standing and loaded the trailer and again left without an invoice or speaking to my daughter. I again called and they sent out Ronald alexander to re-seed and finally my who lawn was completed. That mindset that everyone is replaceable has caught up to the Indy west branch. SMH I feel bad for the very few that are left that care about there work and the company.
Lamondre B. was our tech today that took care of our yard. I talked to him and he explained the procedure and it looked like he did a real good job today.
