Eugene arrived on a follow up visit. He was cheerful and greeted me at his truck. I explained the reason for the follow up request and showed him areas of concern. He quickly went to work and completed the job shortly after. When he was getting ready to leave, I asked him if he got penalized for having to return to a job for a follow up. He did say that his record is noted for the follow up and could affect future bonuses. I want to say I watched Eugene apply your product on 100% of my lawn. Perhaps its the product and not the applicator's fault? Just saying.....
I have noticed a increase in accuracy about service dates and times. Perhaps you have new management, and if so, it is showing. I live in Michigan and understand that the servicing person must have a Michigan License, but you are located in Indiana. Thanks for proper notification of when application will occur and especially the on time arrival of the technician. A big improvement over previous years. Keep up the good work.
