I like that the service is applied at the scheduled time. I like that I can call with any concerns and someone will answer my call. I like that my concerns are handled right away. This is important to me. This is why I've been a TruGreen customer for more than 30 years. My neighbors who don't use TruGreen don't seem to get this kind of customer support. Thank you

Raymond does a great job of spraying the yard and he is quick.
Marissa did a good job of spraying and cautioned me about my dog around the spray. She was friendly with my dog.
I like that I don't have to be home, they leave a note in the door and do a really great job!

Jade Frost did a good job treating evergreens yesterday, and even asked what was to be included. However, after talking to my husband, he believes trees and landscape plants should have been included also.
