The ONLY reason I put a 10 down is because of your technician, Blake MIzer. I tried working with your scheduling folks, which could not help at all, and then finally a manager called me who also screwed things up even more. Told me she fixed the schedule, and she did not. Needless to say it ended up costing me money and time and it was a huge hassle. I was exhausted and furious with True Green until Blake Mizer was able to fix the issue and help me. He has more work ethic, and integrity, along with professionalism then anyone else I have worked with in True Green. I personally believe that you should advance him into a higher position, but I don't want to lose him as my technician. Moving forward, I do not want to work with anyone besides Blake Miser. Please put me on his schedule.

P. S. Could you please ask them to close the gate to the backyard and not leave it blowing in the wind. Also, could they put the paperwork on or between my front door instead of just on the front porch so it can blow away.

I just want to share that last year your service at our home was a disaster! We had more weeds and crab grass than people without service! We go to Florida and when we came back the yard had weeds, stray flowers, crab grass so bad that I was so frustrated I put Round-up on it!!!! Please get the weeds and grasses under control this year if you would like to continue to be our service provider. Thank you
