I signed up for aeration and seed for front yard only by phone. I wasn't home for the service by the aeration and seed was clearly the entire yard. What did I actually pay for and why were the instructions not followed?

Caitlin W. has done my mosquito spraying the last 3 times this year, and since she has performed the service, I have been mosquito free! The 1st few times of spraying I still had mosquitos!
So, I would like to request having Caitlin W. do my ;spraying next year!!
