I have finally got some people that are trying to listen when you talk. I know I have a large lawn but it can not be fertilized in 10 minutes as I have done it before. I also felt like Jeramey Smith who came the last time appeared to do the job so send him the next time. I wo uld like to have the same person every time but that never seems to happen, They leave a note saying they have talked to me but most of the I never see anyone , I like the fact that you leave a message saying when they are coming ,

The licensed applicator does a thorough application. He acts in a business manner and has a helpful attitude. TruGreen goes to great lengths to satisfy my wife and I. The paperwork they provide after each application shows so much useful information concerning the application each time. TruGreen has a very interactive website showing cost, history and application information, not mention all of the additional services they offer.

I am pleased overall with Trugreen. On rare occasions, however, it seems like the technicians will treat the lawn despite adverse conditions, like high winds. For example, the first treatment this year seems less effective than usual, as some dandelions bloomed in the treated area, making me speculate that the application was performed in less than favorable conditions.
