Calling ahead of time to remind of appointment
They are regular and my lawn is pretty weed free.
Compared to previous years, I saw many aerated areas in my lawn with seed over some bare spots. I feel that this was a thorough aeration that the technician ought to know that his work was valued and appreciated. ;)
Notification prior to treatments. Availability for extra weed treatments when requested. Results!

Quick and easy process..
The representative asks for feedback every time he applies a product on our grass, bushes, etc.
Most recently a representative called to ask for our evaluation of services, and indicated she would follow-up on a problem we see with a couple of evergreen bushes in our front yard.
TruGreen comes at the right intervals. They leave a detailed report every time. The man we had this year was especially great as he took his time putting down the fertilizer so all parts of the lawn were taken care of. I just wish we had the same guy every time.
