In addition I would like to highlight and specially recognize two people from my branch: Lisa Fremont and Jim Pratt. They are both especially great. Lisa is my link to TruGreen. I tend to have a messy desk, and she has the nicest way of reminding my if my payment is running late (and I always respond to her). Also- I can send her a note about anything I need or questions I have about my service, and I get a response very quickly. It's always fast, thorough, and easy with Lisa. Also- Jim Pratt--so knowledgeable and responsive. He comes out quickly when we need him to look at a situation, i.e. I thought I might have had some fungus....He checked it out- recommended an approach to remediate, and "boom" everything is fine again. Thanks again for all you do! I am happy to highly recommend TruGreen!

On Friday August the 20th, 2021 You came out and gave us a free treatment because of the crabgrass was so bad. We were home so I went out and met Jordan & he told me what he would be doing. He was very nice and I could see he was doing a very good job in treating

Weeds gone.
We have had you aerate our lawn for many years now, but the aeration that was done yesterday was not up to your usual standards. Our yard was only partially done. No aeration was done on the north and south edges or our property lines, about 4-6 feet was missed. Also the back yard was only 1/2 completed. I am not sure if the equipment was not working properly or the young man was not trained well. I do not like to complain but the aeration was not properly done. Thank you.
