Fast, easy and unobtrusive
You always call 24 hours before the application which helps me in planning to mow the lawn. You always send an email when your lawn pro is on the way and when the pro has completed the application. You pros always leave a personal note on the door informing me of what they found during their visit and what they applied. I tried another lawn service last year and they did none of these things. I am VERY happy with TruGreen and my lawn has never looked so good.

I feel like you have done a really good job controlling crab grass, i do have some spots but very minimal, and i feel like your fertilizer is working, however, i have fungus in spots in my yard, that is not mentioned in the summary after treating my yard. i have purchased anti-fungal, and am treating myself, i would have thought technician would have mentioned this, all in all, happy with your service

TruGreen's customer service in which my issues were listened to and resolved to my satisfaction. Issues such as dandelions not being killed after first application of the product. This was taken care of immediately without an extra charge.

The service is affordable and reliably effective. I utilize the lawn care, mosquito treatments, and the tree & shrub care.
Our lawn is in great condition despite the challenging heat. I can say the same about our trees and shrubs too. We water sparingly a couple of mornings per week. But I am sure the drought is stressful on the plants which can make them more susceptible to disease. However my rose garden, shade garden, and flower garden are all holding up very well. I am especially impressed with how well all the diverse garden areas, shrubs and trees
are doing. We have 3 maple trees, a peach tree, cherry tree, dogwood tree, multiple hibiscus, magnolia, wisteria, multiple hydragenias bushes, etc. And all are doings well under TruGreen's care.
We live on a pond and have several fountains in our yard. We used to apply bug repellent and still loose a pint of blood to the mosquitoes. Not a problem anymore since we started using TrueGreen Mosquito treatments. I was afraid that would be the end of seeing butterflies and lightning bugs in our yard. Not the case. We still have plenty of butterflies and lightning bugs visiting our gardens

Thorough job always on time
Appreciate Trugreen notifying me ahead of time when they are coming out. My trees and shrubs have benefited from Trugreens treatments thru the years.
I like the they notify me in advance of coming. The techs are polite. I just believe they do a good job.
Do what you say your going to do
Your team is great! I deal with a ton of vendors and home improvement people- and I just want to say- your team is head and shoulders above most everyone I deal with. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and kind attitude- is welcome. It seems in todays world-mostly customer service has taken a beating- but not at TruGreen. Just keep doing what you are doing. Iād like to especially highlight Lisa Freemont and Jim Pratt. Those are my two people.
