If we are not satisfied with the treatment, you will come back out and redo it. We’ve requested that you leave a record on our door of what was applied. So far this year, the first specialist left one. This was not done during Covid or last year. This is an important step that we missed. You are willing to work with us on discounting our prepay bill. Actually we could get the same services for less locally according to our neighbor. We also appreciate your notification of when to expect the specialist to arrive. Overall we have been very satisfied with the improvement we’ve seen in our yard since we’ve been using TruGreen.

Our yard always is so green and weed free in the summer. If you have a problem, they come back out and retreat it.

I had a conversation today with Cole Bussel before my lawn care service. He was very friendly and informative and took time to answer all of my questions. I had some particular concerns about some areas of my lawn and I appreciated that he gave me input on how to get off to a good start so I have the best looking grass I can have this year. Very positive experience.
