Trugreen tech left my gate open when he left. This is the second time that the same tech has done this. He bent down to slide open the gate closure to enter my back yard but he failed to slide that closure back into place upon exiting back yard.
My lawn care guy is very polite and courteous!
Great follow ups and proactive about our service. I've even had in the past where if it wasn't to our liking, they would send someone back to make it right. And to have our rep check on the progress of our lawn and see it with his/her own eyes means a lot to me. To have service that doesn't feel like they are trying to continually sell us additional products but contribute to the best health of our lawn, makes me want to be a customer. And if you ever need to customize a plan that fits your needs (like my new lawn that was struggling - I need a mix of applications that target specific weeds and grasses) they help make it possible. Appreciate the attention.

The tech was extremely friendly and professional. Additionally, the mosquitos were terrible prior to the first application. After the first application, the difference was incredible. It was then a few weeks later, and a couple little suckers got us. Called up TruGreen and they came back out for free to respray.
That you notify before showing up to provide service. And that tech providing service are friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have.

The employees are very professional and polite. If we have any questions, they explain what is happening so that we can understand. If we want more explanation or want something different, they work with us until we are satisfied. If something is not working, they return in a timely fashion and make it right. Couldn't ask for better service!
The service people are very kind and responsive and whenever I call I get a real person that has always been ever so helpful. I think Trugreen wants their services to reflect good results.

The technician showed up today to reaaply the grub control that was washed away with the recent rains.

Our yard was in terrible condition 3 years ago my husband killed the lawn in many places trying to kill weeds. I made sure I called TruGreen and they've been keeping our lawn in great condition since. The newly added mosquito treatment allows us to stay outside, and finally, we're able to enjoy our deck and eat outside as well. The treatment really makes a difference!
In order going Thur screened in porch wasn’t listed but I was home.. is this another year ?
