I feel that it is inappropriate to spray without my permission and then charge me $75 for the service.
Also, I was not told that the service technician was coming until 6:30 am on the day of the service.

I talked to Leon when he first came. He answered all my questions very professionally I would Like to have both Technicians to service my lawn all the time?
I love that Truegreen comes as scheduled, I never have to nag or question if or when they will perform service. Billing is a breeze also. My lawn looks fantastic. One concern is dog spends a lot of time in yard and we need to spray for ticks. I don't care about mosquitos, but do care about dog ticks and lyme ticks. Supposedly the mosquito service also covers ticks, but I would much prefer something that was more focused on ticks. The vet pulled a half dozen ticks off my dog a few weeks ago and yard had been treated by Truegreen for Mosquito and others.

Tom is the best lawn tech I have had in along time the lawn looks great because he does what he is suppose to do, He takes pride in his work. As long as Tom keeps coming to my house we will be good. Do not switch him out

The company did good work but last year I cancelled my contract and this year the company started the work without my permission that is the only promblem.
