Recently I complained about some TruGreen lawn service. As a result, Customer Service sent Scott Brintnall out to treat my lawn. I should mention that Scott had been treating my lawn for years and I never had a complaint. He even offers his cell number for customers to contact him directly with any questions (which I have used). Apparently my home in Scituate is no longer on Scott’s route and the TruGreen lawn results show. On August 31st when Scott was here, he did an excellent job. He was personable and understanding to my concerns. He treated my lawn again and the weeds started disappearing the next day. My preference is to have Scott back as my Specialist. Otherwise I will have to consider discontinuing my TruGreen accounts. Thank you.

Scott always treats our property like his own. He’s always quick and efficient, but takes the time to point out the “good’s” the “not so good’s” has helpful suggestions on improvements and is always pleasant to chat with.
