Lawn specialist Mark Herlihy did an outstanding job of explaining why I had a lawn problem in a specific area and how it would be corrected with aeration application in early Fall and he would make a note to have some one come back to deal with a small weed problem in another small area. Mark called me the following day to 7/19/17) telling me that your auditor said I refused the aeration which is not true. I assured Mark that I do want that portion of my back yard aeratiated/seeded as he [prescribed and could not understand why your auditor would make such a statement. If the auditor tried calling my home without an identifier or by using systems generally used by robo callers they would not get through my phone system in most cases.
Again, Mark did a great job of helping me,, however, if the audit service is a sub-out function which provides inaccurate or in this case false information, there should be reason for you to be concerned.

What I like is I have Ed Mcgrath back as my technician. I Came home today and Ed was doing my lawn. He took the time to go with me and see what had happened since he left doing my lawn. I can't say how happy i am right now. over the years Ed has turned my lawn into a golf course where I'm real happy it green and looks fabulous. Again I'm glad he is back and i know in a couple of weeks it will be back to where it was. on a scale from `1 to 10 Ed is a 15. When it comes to customer service and giving a great product to my lawn I want to say thank you Ed !!!!!!!!!!! also would like to say thank you to Peter his supervisor I think for making it happen!!!!

I have both lawn and tree service with TruGreen. I think highly of the two professionals servicing my property. However, I had to make a call to TruGreen in July to inquire as to why my bushes and trees had not yet been serviced this season. The explanation, as I understood it, that there had been some company changes. This leaves me wondering about the future reliability of service.
Our lawn seems to be in good condition with no noticeable weeds.
I like my regular guy Michael who is back on my route. He is conscientious, so keep him on my
route. Your phone reps are helpful, also.
Recently, we noticed that our lawn looked unhealthy and full of weeds. Upon calling in our
complaint, we learned that we had inadvertently missed a feeding and a weed control.
Good to your word, you sent someone to feed and weed. Scott Johnson recognized just what
was needed and set to work. The lawn has shown steady improvement...it looks great!
We've seen your ad on TV when you say that if there is a problem, it will be fixed free of
charge...and it was.

The worker that did the treatment was good to deal with and explained why my lawn has so many brown spots. I also like the fact that he used a spreader rather than a liquid..........I guess I am just a traditional guy. overall happy, but not happy with the brown spots.....

Well, I like to say, I was home the day my ant protection treatment was performed, I met the
gentleman applying the treatment, introduced myself to him and we started a conversation about trees, caterpillars etc. and he was very knowledgeable, gave me great information, his name is Jim Cole.
