Megan Ouellette in the Andover office was fantastic! My lawn was damaged by a previous driver (no big deal) & she called to ask me how we could fix this. This had been ongoing for a month, all I was looking for was a call & status update. Megan was kind, thoughtful & gave me great options. I’m staying with TruGreen because of this CX.

OK Overall but miss a lot of dandelions.
I appreciate the phone call to let me know when service will happen. I also appreciate that I can customize what I want and have just the front lawn treated.
For weeks my service kept getting pushed off. I called multiple times and still got no answers. My neighbor was getting his lawn serviced and I asked the specialist Greg Garthwaite to look into doing my house as well. He was very polite and apologetic for the delay and was able to complete my lawn service. If it weren’t for him I think I would of switched companies....

The techs are always friendly and courteous. Even in todays times they will still answer my questions yet keep their distance. This is my second year with true green and my lawn has never looked better
When I am not satisfied especially with dandelion problems, I can call and someone will come and reapply treatment

today I was serviced by my third different specialist this year & I am happy to say that all of them were affable, knowledgeable & willing to offer advice to any questions asked . today my specialist was James Morton & I give him 5 out of 5 stars
Tech pleasant and helpful. Downside: TG scheduled two appointments, tech was a
no-show for both appointments with no cancellation notice from TG. Please email or text when appointments are cancelled. Third appt yesterday was good.
Last year lawn looked great.
