We were happy to have tree service on an emergency basis.
After four days of temperatures over 95 degrees, with no rain, which is highly unusual for the North Shore of Boston, our spruce trees were infested with mites. We called Trugreen for an emergency visit to save our four spruce trees from the mites. They came within four days and sprayed the spruce trees at no charge.
I appreciate the advanced notification I get before the technician shows up along with the written description of what was done, why and when the tech will arrive.
We have been Truegreen customers for about 40 years. Pleased with service.
