You usually show up and perform the lawn treatment the day you say you will. This past summer there was a lag in treatments I had to call and schedule things . The last service done the tech drove over and dug up the lawn at the end of the driveway, which I will need to repair. Over all the service has been good.

We had a lime application scheduled but there were too many leaves on the lawn to make it worth our while so the technician suggested that we reschedule. Meanwhile, my lawn guy came and got rid of the leaves so when the lime was put down, it stayed down; it wasn't blown away.
