I had a re-treatment performed on Thursday by Dalton and he was terrific. I informed Dalton that on Tuesday the previous specialist missed treating my front side yard. Dalton told me not to worry about it and he would take care of the untreated area. He explained to me what he was applying and when I should see results. He was super nice and did a great job. Kudos to Dalton.
I want to mention that Cooper was also very nice. I'm not sure why he missed the front side yard on the initial visit but I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Both specialists were super friendly and nice.

Evelyn & Scott at the Manchester, NH location have been wonderful to work with and very accommodating.
I spoke on the phone to a gentleman about how dandelions live on the edges of my lawn where the spreader doesn’t reach. He assured me the problem would be addressed. During the last application, I happened to be home and witnessed an increased effort to hit those pesky areas. I was heard!
I like the notifications on my phone telling me when you will be here.. Workers are always friendly and informative

The service and the local branch has been great this year. There was a major unresolved issue last year that ruined a large portion of my lawn. That had me thinking about not renewing the on taking care of that service this year. However, the local office made good on taking care of that this spring and since then everything has been great.
