The technicians were punctual and always available for answers when needed. Leaving on the front door a written and detailed report of what was done with lawn watering instruction is a good practice and help keeping the lawn looking green an nice.
We are impressed with the way you interact with the customer, letting us know if we want a particular service, when you will be on the premises and that you check in to see if we are satisfied after the task has been completed.
For years we had a crab grass issue we could not resolve. Since having TruGreen the office has never looked better.

Quick and hassle free.
But when I called to have our swamp marigolds, all over the lawn,
treated a gentleman showed up and sprayed fertilizer, crab grass preventer and weed killer in the RAIN. He said the weed killer might not work because it was RAINING.
The weeds and yellow flowers was the reason I called.
It made no sense for him to spray weed killer in the rain and tell me it might not work.
The lawn care works!

We would prefer to postpone our evaluations until mid season, and we’ll then let the appearance of our lawn speak for itself? Fair enough?
We were disappointed with our “Tree & Shrub” results from last year and, as a result terminated that service. On a brighter note, we contracted with tru-green in Beverly Ma. for many years prior to my retirement, and were always very pleased with the results.
