We have been using TruGreen for approximately 4 years now. We have had very good service almost every time. There was one occasion where I felt the technician did not do as good of a job as I would have wanted. I called the branch and they sent out a tech the next day to redo the application without any problems or hesitations. Everybody makes mistakes it's how you handle the mistakes that really matters and their customer support is very good. I would definitely recommend TruGreen.
