Excellent communication and service from James Whalen, branch5855. I spoke with him when he arrived and he repeated back to me what I had requested of him, completed the service and then followed up telling me exactly what he had done to address the problems I had. Told him also I’m having a problem getting through the busy customer service line and he gave me his office managers direct line and then verbally told me a follow up plan we will have to address the issues. Best service I have gotten from any of the Specialist since I’ve had the service
My service tech is James Whalen,he alone was althea only person that was able to diagnosis the issue myself and my neighbor had with our lawn, because of his knowledge and attentiveness the parasites that had destroyed our lawns were controlled and eliminated, after reseeding our lawn look as vibrant as remembered them. It's because of him that I've remained a customer of truegreen. James Whalen is a very important asset for your company, and should be acknowledged as so.
