Lawn looks good, service is predictable, with text messages and scheduling. Also, very personable staff who take the time understand any specifics like newly seeded areas that shouldn’t be fertilized, etc.
I have been very happy with the results on year 2. I think year one is more about getting the soil corrected. My lawn looks better than it ever has. This took Tru Green and a little bit on my end to treat the moss and plant new seed.

The service works. BUT... you should be more mindful of weather conditions such as rain and postpone mosquito services if rain is coming that day. Most of all, I should be able to contact my local TruGreen office and not be directed to a call center across the country.
My lawn is beautiful, a combination of Tru Green and lots of rain = green lawn with no weeds or gandilions!

I asked the service person to treat for crab grass. He did one side of the front yard but not the other side which has an abundance of crab grass on it. During the next application, maybe the service person could do the complete lawn.

Excellent communication and service from James Whalen, branch5855. I spoke with him when he arrived and he repeated back to me what I had requested of him, completed the service and then followed up telling me exactly what he had done to address the problems I had. Told him also I’m having a problem getting through the busy customer service line and he gave me his office managers direct line and then verbally told me a follow up plan we will have to address the issues. Best service I have gotten from any of the Specialist since I’ve had the service
My service tech is James Whalen,he alone was althea only person that was able to diagnosis the issue myself and my neighbor had with our lawn, because of his knowledge and attentiveness the parasites that had destroyed our lawns were controlled and eliminated, after reseeding our lawn look as vibrant as remembered them.
