First, the absolute best part about having Trugreen is the service. I have always run my department with the attitude that "your company is only as good as your employees!" Our Trugreen service man, Craig Wardle, represents your company with compassion and professionalism. He always does a thorough job, and always makes an effort to stop by and ask if we have any questions or concerns. Now THAT'S a great employee!!!
We have used Trugreen for several years now, and we love the way our lawn looks. It's full, green, and almost looks like velvet when it's mowed. Very nice!!!
Just one note: I have called twice this year to let the person I spoke to know that we have not received all the applications we normally have received during the season. She said she would let the technician know. The last time I called I told the lady that I don't think the "technician" can just show up and treat our lawn whenever he wants to!!? I believe he would have to be instructed to do so. I spoke to our service man, Craig Wardle, two weeks ago about missing a couple of applications. He did in fact agree with and once again he asked me to call the company. In all the years we've done business with Trugree we have never had a problem till now. Otherwise, we love your products and look forward to continue doing business with Trugreen.

This was my first year hiring TruGreen and so far I am pleased with the results of my lawn. There were several times that a re-service had to be done, but Trugreen readily came out to take care of any problems.
Our technician Craig takes good care and attention to our lawn. He is very friendly and does a good job.

Our Specialist Keith Dailey- is doing a great job! He is so informative and helpful with any questions. He deserves a pat on the back from his Supervisor. I would really like to see him service our account all the time, it does help when someone is familiar with your lawn. I think it is also more helpful for that Specialist as far as time is concerned. Just thought I could pass that on!.

I also had very good results with the mosquito service. I will say the spraying for the mosquitos was better than the fogging.
I also was very impressed with the gentleman that aerated and seeded. I’m no sure of his name but he was extremely pleasant and thorough.
