Had service at my old house. Moved to Hagerstown in October 2017 and lawn is terrible. Hope TruGreen will bring this lawn into good shape in two years. My specialist James Weddle, branch 5022, gives me level 10 service. Get notified before specialist comes. Knocks on door to let me know he is here and to make sure the cats and dogs are in the house. Then quickly does his job and leaves me a report of what was done, condition of lawn or trees/shrubs, what chemicals used, and anything special he observed and what I should do, like mulch lawn, cutting height for lawn, or other special instructions. Will be a while til lawn in good shape, I know that. Front lawn was torn up to have new water line put in but dirt is finally settling back into the trench from the backhoe. Dan B. Hagerstown

Not having to deal with the process
Timely
First, I have found your services actually do what is advertised. Amazing! The lawn is gorgeous and the trees and shrubs have noticeably improved in appearance and health over the past two years of service.
Second, I have found your technicians to be impressive as well. They are always willing to try to make it work. They are polite and concerned with putting the best service forward. Can’t say that about too many companies, sadly, it is often the opposite.
Products are good, and effective. Application staff is VERY courteous, and helpful.

The cost of the service is comparable to what it would cost if I bought the products needed from a home center, then applied them myself. They make needed applications in a timely manner and my lawn looks good. What more can I say.
The techs
Our service tech that I met was very nice today and when I showed him my concerns he was able to go out and look at the issue and give me his feedback. I have been very discouraged with managements past promises and they never deliver what they promised to me. I gave a 10 score for the technician only, but I have never received the aeration and seeding I was promised going on 2 1/2 years ago now. The tech said that aeration and seeding would help the issue, I just First name removed't feel I should pay for this service until it is done 1 year as promised. I took off work 2 different times to meet the supervisor here to look at the property and was told they would aerate and seed at no charge which they never did, then I cancel my service and I get a call asking how they could get me back and I tell them the history and they promised they would personally come here and seed it, etc. -guess what-empty promises. I get phone calls about my ratings and tell them the issue and they will check on it, etc. nothing ever changes. All I want is a free seeding and aeration in the fall-just like I was promised.
After your recent treatment the front yard for the most part looks green and growing. The back yard isn't as green and growing.
I'm very satisfied with Trugreen's service. They have taken a brand new subdivision yard into a lawn on it's way to being something I can be proud of.
