We have canceled all services from TruGreen. My wife has spoken at least twice to people on the phone. There are records on file with TruGreen of this. This will make the third attempt to get this correct.
If I receive a bill for the treatment today, I will consider consulting with my attorney. I only rated a 10 because Chris did the job he was instructed to do and did it well. I do not want any solicitation phone calls. I do not want any other services unless I contact TruGreen.

Trugreen has always been prompt. if there is an issue, sending a Specialist to correct the issue.
No Hassle. Staff have always been polite and respectful wanting to keep assist with all the help

After my service I talked to Ed Maloy who was very polite and friendly. He did a very thorough job on my lawn and he answered all of my questions and concerns. He offered to relay my concerns to his supervisor about patches of dead grass/no grass around the yard.

Brian Wooddell is the best lawn care expert that Trugreen has ever sent to my home. Brian always does the most thorough job in taking care of our lawn, and always takes the time to speak to me afterwards to let me know what he noticed, how he treated any issues and to make any recommendations. I wish Brian was the only person Trugreen sent to service my lawn!
We are in our 3rd year of your service and have seen a marked improvement of our lawn.
However, as of late we seem to have a problem with the appearance of "Nutgrass", which requires special attention.

The Tech came to the door, knocked, introduced himself and told me what he was going to be doing. He was polite, friendly and asked me if I had any questions. His treatment was thorough and he came back to hand me the paperwork. Top notch service!
