Tru Green technicians adhere to their services schedule and are always polite whenever I speak with them. My lawn and shrubs are healthy and vigorous compared to homes in my community that do not utilize Tru Green services, and I have no qualms about my dog being on the grass.

The local team in Loudoun County VA is knowledgeable, responsive, considerate of property and pay attention to weather patterns to ensure the treatments are done at the best time. Very helpful and pleasant staff that is easy to work with throughout the year. I wish my other lawn care company was as responsive.

I have used this service for many years and my lawn and shrubs look great. Lately, however I have not received phone calls a few days before to know when specialists are coming. That can be a problem.
