You have done a good job this year, I even recommended my next-door neighbor to you and he signed up. My issue is you call a few days in advance before you come out. This past Friday you called me at 9:09 am and came out that afternoon. I had not mowed or cleaned up all the leaves. One of the comments was I needed to clean up the leaves on the slip the rep left for me. So what was applied was a waste of time. I need you to come back out after I mow and clean up the leaves or do not charge me for Friday's visit. I look forward to hearing from you

Agent Johnnie Chow did a great job. He applied fertilizer but did not apply weed control. I expect him to schedule the weed control for a later time.
The lawn looks great. Yesterday I offered to temporarily move the signs in my front yard but the technician cheerfully said no and worked around them.
Then Tech was very friendly and answered all queastions.

Had a good discussion with Specialist Harsh Patel yesterday morning. He explained what he was applying to the lawn. He noted the back lawn was covered with leaves so he did not apply back there, but suggested I call later when the leaves were raked and he would apply the treatment to the back lawn.
