Unfortunately, I was not home at the time, so I had to use my ring doorbell and garage camera to view the work that Donte Rance performed. However, I do like the ease of using the Tru Green App and the ease of navigation process of the Tru Green App, and the availability to manage the type of services offered.
Quayeshawn Walker, the technician servicing my lawn, was very helpful in updating my lawn service account, as the work order only indicated doing the front and side yards. He was very thorough today too.
The initial two services on my yard must have not included the backyard. In the past I have paid for the whole yard and did not know that the sales person limited my service by excluding the back yard.
So the service technician was great. The manager who entered a limit on my lawn .... I am not so happy about.
Always on time
I have had your service for almost 30 years and have been completely satisfied with all phrases of your service. I have only 2 had incidents where I thought there was a problem and both times you were correct. Both times you sent someone out that day or next to check it out.
My house is on a corner lot, and I get a lot of compliments. I always tell them, It's TRUGREEN.
Your tech yesterday, James Thomas, branch 5067, sprayed for weeds. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing and what to expect to see and when.

Technician (Barbara Redding) was Friendly and very Professional. After knocking on the door she introduced herself, explained what she was going to do and asked if there were any questions. She then got to work and finished up.

I've had a chronic problem with crab grass and nutsedge and I expect that True Green will resolve these issues.

Received the first two of eight treatments (for year) and I am highly impressed by the professionalism of Isaiah Washington (lime treatment) and Dionte Rance (pre-emergent treatment). They politely explained what they were doing and answered all my immediate questions regarding watering, mowing, etc. Very polite young men.
