Mr. Tommy Shelton was very nice. I was in the yard raking when Tommy arrived.
He walked over to me and introduced himself. He explained to me the procedure he
would be doing and why. He asked if I had any questions. He answered my questions.
The job was done in a timely manner. I appreciated his help and he was very
