He was thorough in his efforts on our property but perhaps more importantly, he was proud of his work and took the time to explain to my wife and I what he did, why he did it and what he hoped to achieve for our lawn. He owned the lawn and wanted to make it look great this spring. He is a superb representative for TruGreen and made my wife and I feel like we were his most important customers. We may have delayed him a bit by our discussions and hope that he can get caught up in his rounds today. We appreciate his efforts and hope that Winston remains our technician throughout the season.

Joseph was very professional and friendly and let me know he was there to do the treatment and explained what he was doing. I had to unlock the side gate for him and he was very courteous when we spoke in my back yard. Keep up the great work Joseph!

My specialist is Liam Lynch who always does an outstanding job on my lawn! He's friendly and conscientious - always willing to explain lawn treatments. The service summaries are always comprehensive and easy to understand.
Mostly I like the fact that my lawn looks good, which is most important of course.
Today Liam came to my house and rang the doorbell to let me know he was here. I like the fact that he did this. Frequently people just arrive and do their thing and I am not aware they were at the house until after they are gone. I am aware of course that this practice became common when covid arrived and I can't find fault this policy, but I do prefer to be aware when they are here if I am home. If I am not here they should just go ahead and do what they need to do since I do not want to make scheduling more difficult for Tru Green.
