Very dependable and efficient/
I have had an accounts for lawn, tree and shrub care for decades. TruGreen is an excellent and competent company and saves me substantial time and effort fertilizing and treating my yard on my own.
My only reservations are: (1) TruGreen does not conduct periodic soil tests for pH conditions and other indicators to underpin their treatments; (2) sometimes the technicians fail to leave their invoices that document what they did and chemicals used; (3) the technicians do not try to talk to me during their treatment visits despite claiming that they do.
Fix these concerns and TruGreen will get a "10".

My lawn looks great. The service is always timely. I saw last time he service man was thoughtful and did not drive the truck onto my driveway pavers, instead he parked truck on the street. He was friendly and waved at me while I was talking to someone. Thank you

The TruGreen Team is always highly professional in their work, prompt, and friendly. The results are great. We have a "low/no" maintenance preference for our lawn and landscaping. But we do want everything to look nice. With TruGreen, we have results we are proud of and which are complimented on by neighbors every year.
Technician thoroughly explained what he was going to do and he did it. We were very pleased with his service.
All in all, the service is very good and I have no complaint except for the coverage of the edges of the lawn this year. There are a number of weeds growing there and I have had to hand spray them to, hopefully, get rid of them.

Our grass looks like the Emeral Isles. Our neighbors have asked how come the grass is so green. We’ve let them know it’s due to TruGreen. We let them know about the 50% off first treatment advertisement. So yes we will let them know it’s TruGreen.

looks OK, but the best part is that I don’t have
to take care of it any more.

I like the communication. I always know when Tru-Green will be on the property at Skyview and what services will be completed. This is a service that is overlooked by many companies today.
I would like to commend two of your lawn Specialist.
1. The first person is Trevis Clay. He did an outstanding job on my lawn. Professional and very capable. It was a 'breath of fresh air" to have someone out who was willing to do a good job.
2. The second person that I would like to recognize is Joseph Kundler. He was another very professional Specialist who did an outstanding job. He too respected my property and completed the service in a reasonable amount of time.

My grass is much nicer and greener than my neighbors all around me. I look around and see bare spots and brown all around while my yard is healthy and green even during some of the winter months. I am very happy with the service provided.
