If I had today's technician, MARCUS PICKETT, for every service, you'd get a 10 for the annual contract completion. He really knows his craft, he's the first technician I've had who could correctly identify all the weeds in my lawn, and then he sprayed them with chemicals labeled for those weeds. He was conscientious and thorough and puts quality first.
A big THANKS to Marcus for a job well done.
Now he was short fertilizer with grub control so you'll have to schedule him back out to finish that portion of the job sometime next week. Please sent Marcus, not someone else.
And a future request, please annotate my file that I'd like Marcus to be my service technician for all future appointments. If you can do that, I'll renre next February.
