I called before my most recent service to advise the presence of ants in one of my flower beds. I received a call back from your dispatcher to acknowledge my call. Then, upon his arrival, your technician asked me about the problem. I showed him the area of my concern, and he promised to treat all the flower beds around the house. I appreciate the prompt attention to my issue.

TruGreen schedules a service, shows up as scheduled, does the job, communicates what was done and any observations made/noticed, makes recommendations, then charge my bank card. Nothing could be easier or more convenient. I don't even have to be home. Plus, all of their invoices for their services are accessible from their web site. I just download to my home computer and have them handy for future reference or questions.
