I'm providing feedback ONLY for my tree and shrub service. I wanted to commend our Specialist, Robert Glenick, who has fortunately been servicing our home for quite some time now (contrary to the lawn techs, which seem to change almost every service call). Robert is ALWAYS reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. This most recent service I called his attention to an observation about one of our trees, and he investigated what could be the issue, and indeed found one! He made excellent recommendations to try and help mitigate any problems. We are very grateful for his expertise and hope he will continue to service our trees and shrubs!

The grass looks greener, thicker, and healthier than with my previous service provider's treatment. TruGreen isn't cutting corners to get done faster and move on to the next property. The technicians always let me know they have arrived and give me the opportunity to point out any concerns (though there have been few). The staff seems to be more consistent without turnover so they get to know my property better and where treatment is desired and where it is not.
