Today, February 22, 2024, around noon, at 2408 Perring Woods Road, Baltimore, MD 21234, preemergent grass control was applied to my lawn. This was a liquid application. Shortly there after it started to rain. It drizzled for 1 hour and stopped and then shortly thereafter it rained hard for about 1/2 hour. I'm sure the liguid treatment was washed away.

I am requesting that this service be repeated, because of the rain. Please let me know when TruGreen will return to redo my lawn.

I had a weed control and fertilization service today performed by Donnie and Bryce. Bryce explained that he was undergoing training with Don Papineau. Don as always does a very thorough job, and I am lucky to have him servicing my lawn. Bryce was right there watching, learning, and helping. I am quite sure Bryce will be an excellent technician following Don's teaching and work ethic.

I've been using TruGreen for several years. My lawn always looks great and stays weed free. Titus does a great job staying on top of the fertilizing and weed control requirements!

Your service over time show results in great lawn. services are performed on time without intrusion in owner life providing timely information.

Service reports left after service has no detail to understand what was done. some times no report is left as printer was not working.

You bushes treatment needs follow-on. some of my bushes died from disease visible on leaves.

David always does a good job of my tree and shrub services. I would not trust anyone else beside him. He serviced every shrubs and I had at least 10 of them like 10 different flower beds not just 10 small shrubs. He enjoyed what he was doing as we could view from the outside cameras. I wishes you have more technicians like him. Ask him his secrets to improve your company services. I'm surprised if anyone complains about him.

Every time my lawn is serviced, if I have questions or concerns our specialist takes the time to explain to me not only what is going on with my lawn but what to do to help solve the problem.
Also, explains in layman terms what he is doing with the treatment he is applying.
