My specialist today was Michael Sexton. He approached my door prior to the service to introduce himself and see if I had any questions or concerns. He also saw that I had a dog and asked if he needed to go outside prior to the service. This is the FIRST time ever a specialist asked me that and I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. He was very friendly and did a thorough job servicing my lawn. Thank you Michael.

Quayeshawn Walker, the technician servicing my lawn, was very helpful in updating my lawn service account, as the work order only indicated doing the front and side yards. He was very thorough today too.
The initial two services on my yard must have not included the backyard. In the past I have paid for the whole yard and did not know that the sales person limited my service by excluding the back yard.
So the service technician was great. The manager who entered a limit on my lawn .... I am not so happy about.
I have a scale infection on my trees and shrubs. Although I was scheduled for a fertilization today, the service representative, Keith Kuyper, branch 5403, noticed the insect infection but did not bring any oil treatments on his truck. He made a few calls to other Trugreen drivers who had oil, but was unable to find any drivers in the immediate area. Keith then made the extra effort to call into Trugreen headquarters at Sterling, Virginia and scheduled an oil application. I was very impressed with Keith's desire to satisfy his customer's needs, he went above and beyond his normal service duties. Thank you Keith!
