When I was disappointed in the cutting of my lawn, True Green addressed the issue directly and started cutting my lawn on a diagonal. It looked beautiful. However, this last cutting wAs not done diagonally and was not as nice. It would be helpful if the same team cuts my grass and remembers the idiosyncrasies of my lawn.
