specialist was Corie Williams from 5815. He was pleasant, careful of property, knocked on the door, left invoice, placed signs etc. Much better experience than many in the past. Please do what you can to retain quality employees like Corie Williams so we can remain TruGreen customers.
Robert Collier did an excellent job treating my lawn. I hope that he continues to be the one that treats my lawn as he has been here before and is familiar with our property and does a good job. Others without his experience have not done as well.
Also, Trugreen needs to notify customers in advance that they are coming. I have requested this as I used to be notified in advance so preparations can be made such mowing the grass etc.
