Overall, I am quite satisfied with the services provided. Specialist Jaime Baeza, is the one assigned to my home. I have only had the pleasure of one time speaking with him when I was home, and he came to apply the lawn treatment. I found him to be professional and courteous. He answered all my questions. I like when I am notified in sufficient time to leave the gate open when he is coming to apply the treatments. Additionally, I like when I can call for additional treatments without charge when my lawn continues to have challenges. This year I had severe weed issues, which is why I contacted TruGreen.

Mr.Chaparro all are doing a good job, today 07/12/17 the fertilizer was need however I have pulling weeds every time I work on the yard. you should have inspected to add weed killer like in the past. This is the first time that I have witness the service, it was very quick. Next time I need weed killer on the yard. with your service and the work that I have being doing the yard has come back looking ok.

My lawn is starting to look like the pictures on your website. James Baeza is the tech that has been servicing my yard and he has been doing a great job. The only thing that I would like to be different is that once I return to work I need to take time off since you don't schedule appointments on Saturdays.
