Use of a three step plan for visits. 1) Call the day before to let the customer know you are coming and permit any needed preparations. 2) Arrive during the window of agreement to perform necessary lawn care. 3) Notify the customer of the lawn care completed.
This "3 step plan" works very well.

Duv Howard is the main reason I am continuing with Trugreen's lawn service. I considered other service providers but Duv has impressed me with his knowledge, commitment to my lawn problems and his personal customer service. Stephen Robinson is a very good employee and he always takes the time to answer any questions that I ask. I was concerned about our trees dropping limbs at night and he took the time to explain that because of our warm winter they did not get the moisture that was needed and therefore can not sustain the limbs. You need more employees like Stephen and I as a loyal customer would like for Stephen to receive a pay raise . We have dealt with some that could not even tell weeds from grasses. I don't want him to leave because of money. Please consider my thoughts. Thank you, Judy Last name removed

I do not have to see the fertilizer or sprays that are leftover setting in my garage. Plus I get to see a friendly employee that is happy about their job, and what they do for people.

I'm sure that this business is at least 50% customer relations and Stephen was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and articulate.
