What I like most about the service is my service specialist. Randy Sanchez is outstanding in every way. He is very personable and always listens when I discuss a particular problem with him. He is very courteous and is always careful with the hoses and such to make sure he does not damage any of the landscaping.

Randy works in Branch #5053 in League City, TX. I would love for him to receive some sort of recognition since he is the reason I renew my service each year.

I like being notified by phone when a service is scheduled.
I especially appreciate my Specialist, David Bailey 63923.
He has been with me for several years now & I appreciate his attention to my yard & his recommendations for service.
There have been several times I thought I would lose the grass but he was able to save it & bring it back. My neighbors often comment on how well my yard looks.

Reports immediately what service was done and notifies us us what can be one to the lawn healthy.

JONATHAN ANDRADE, my newly assigned Trugreen specialist (who came to service on July 29, 2021) by far is the best of all. He would ring and knock on the door to let me know he arrives and leaves. He would spot treat the whole lawn before he applies with the solution from his truck. His effort is greatly appreciated . Most specialists would just spray the solution from the truck to the whole lawn and finish the treatment within 10 minutes. Hope this comment will get Trugreen management to take a closer look at the quality services provided lately.
