You're consistently making my yard look better
So far have seemed to help. I know it takes a while to kill off all the weeds and to get the yard back in the areas where the grass died. Although the lawn isn't perfect I think it needs more time.
I am very satisfied with the service but I do not like the way I am called frequently to buy a different service as well. I have been called 4 times since I paid for the service I wanted asking if I would like to try another.
I can call them back if there is a problem of any type and they will redo the service

Jeffery Landry was here today - what a kind man - explained everything - very professional.
I explained to Jeffery that I had called the office requesting TruGreen to only do the front of our yard since our property is so large. I asked about this and he told me there was no change at this time. I made this request in May due to the expense of using your service. Since we were only having problems with the from of our property, I can only afford the front part of our property - the front of the house and side property near street of house. Nothing beyond the back of the house.

On 6/08/2017 Michael Pennell did a thorough re-application of insect control on our trees and shrubs as we requested an additional visit due to observed insect/pest activity on several shrubs and trees.
He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. A great employee to have and keep!
On the same date Joshua treated our lawn for sod webworms, which Michael had observed earlier in the day. We were very pleased with his visit as well.

I wanted to speak to the excellent service provided by technician Jerrell Sourie on Friday, July 14. This was a retreatment since it seems like the prior technician did not treat both my front and back yard. The score for the prior technician was not a 10.
I had concerns about brown spots in the yard along with a few weeds. Mr. Sourie treated the yard with fertilizer and weed killer. He also explained what was going on with the brown spots: I needed to add some topsoil to the spots to help the grass grow stronger. I have done this and I hope to see good results soon.
