Today I had excellent service from Isaiah Bonner, a knowledgeable Tree and Shrub Service Technician. He explained at the beginning what he was going to do today and solicited comments on existing problems, if any.
I feel very comfortable when the Service Technician knocks at the door and engages the customer. At the end of the application, he handed me a copy of the printed Service Summary, and described what I should expect from the treatment.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience which had the effect of increasing any customer's confidence level.

Clint follows my requests for notifying me when he arrives, answers questions and provides helpful information. I give him a 10. But the 9 is that I’ve had issues with other employees. My basic recommendation is be home and watch the service application to ensure the person isn’t sitting in the truck then putting a bill on the door. Service has been better since i notified TruGreen and have had better service.
Training employees involves customer service and performing their job well. Something that has to be done frequently not just one time.
We love our rep, Dennis Hampton, and he has a great team. Camille Radaker gives us at least a week's notice before the scheduled service. Dennis has gone above and beyond for us many times, taking time at night to talk with our HOA board members about the service, explaining the different products, etc. We use TruGreen exclusively for our communities.
I searched on who was the best company to give me a beautiful yard and the companies I talked to said TruGreen did the best job and at the best price.
I love not having weeds in the yard since my neighbors simply don't care.
