The last guy you sent was awesome. Please send that guy every time. I hope he is my new regular guy.
I almost canceled. The regular guy doesn’t do the full yard. I have a small walkway in between my backyard that separates the lawn. About 15 feet long and 2 feet wide. Weeds grow there and the regular guy refuses to spray it as part of the yard. It’s in the middle. Grass is there with stones. Because I have a border to make it look like a walkway makes it separate?
I told this new guy I have someone else that is probably going to take over. He asked me what I was unhappy with. I told him and he said I’ll take care of that. It’s part of the yard.
Finally I had a guy that was willing to take care of the whole yard.
Please make this new guy my regular service guy. I will cancel if the original guy comes back and refuses to take care of my yard.

Great service rendered. Teach your younger technicians the art of opening a Master Lock. It seems to be a lost art when going to open the side gate, granting access to the backyard.
The Tree and Shrub service was performed today, November 12, at 10:30 a.m. With the trees and shrubs still suffering from the effects of this year's winter storm, which resulted in the loss of four cherry laurels and a host of bushes, I have tried to be present for the service. The Specialist was Jewel Perez. Although it was her first time treating my property, she was very perceptive of the early damages and was able to make excellent recommendations and suggestions. She was very interested in my questions and did not hesitate to provide excellent responses. I was spoiled in the past where for many years I had the same specialist (Bill Ziemann (sp?). Although not as experienced as Bill, Ms. Perez, handled the visit in a very efficient and professional manner.
